Click & Collect
We are open for Click & Collect every day. We will let you know when your order is ready to pick up.
Local Delivery
We can deliver personally within a four mile radius of our shop in Canterbury. We aim to deliver within 48 hours of your online order.
UK Delivery
Standard signed for delivery in the UK is free when you spend £35 or more using code HAPPYPOST, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. Orders under £35 cost £4.50. We can also send by first class Royal Mail delivery for a flat fee of £6.
Happy & Glorious cannot be held responsible for local customs and duty charges on any items purchased from us via our website. If you are ordering outside the UK, you are responsible for paying the customs and duty that may be added on delivery of your parcel. If you are unsure of these charges please check before placing your order.
We are adding new countries regularly to our shipping destinations. If your country is not on the list, please get in touch and we will prioritise you! Please note, we are unable to ship our reed diffusers, refills and room sprays due to international shipping rules. We are also unable to send our growing kits overseas due to customs regulations.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help! Simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives broken, we may require photographic evidence before sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Please check your delivery carefully and notify us of any problems within 14 days of receipt.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 10 working days for a refund to be processed.
